During this class we will be practicing Yin Yoga - gentle and restorative yoga flow for deep relaxation. You are not working the muscles hard in this flow, it’s all about engaging and stretching your fascia (inner tissues). You are holding less poses for a longer duration to release tension and stretch deeply. Suitable for all ages.
