The YES! House is seeking to hire a Graffiti Artist to host an interactive class, demonstration, or workshop in Granite Falls, MN in May or June, 2026. The artist will work closely with The YES! House staff to plan out the project details. The YES! House welcomes ideas on how the artist would like to share their art form and engage the community. The artist will host one (or more) public event(s) in Granite Falls. The artist will be invited to stay for an optional Artist Residency in a fully furnished studio apartment at The YES! House for up to one week during the time of the public event.

Selected Artists will Receive

• $1,000 artist fee

• Optional- up to a one-week Artist Residency stay at The YES! House in a fully furnished studio apartment. (726 Prentice St., Granite Falls, MN)

• Access to a small shared working space with laundry access and a utility sink.

• Round-trip mileage reimbursement to The YES! House at the federal rate.

• Access to the main floor gathering space and other areas of The YES! House, as available.

• Staff support in promoting and hosting the public event(s).

This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and cultural heritage fund.
