The YES! House is seeking funding for a project that focuses on environmental preservation in our local public spaces and we are looking for your opinions and ideas!
No commitment, no rush. Just a casual chat between neighbors to plant the seeds of something new.
As summer comes to a close, we thought the best way to do this would be with a Walk-N-Talk at one of our beautiful local public spaces- Memorial Park! What better way to get the ideas flowing than going for a stroll with a fellow community member!
We will meet at the main shelter house at 6 PM and then in pairs, we'll take a walk— and dream up what could be in our area! We will provide conversation prompts to get the ideas flowing.
All ages are welcome! If the time doesn't work for you, stop by TYH or send us an email anytime! Or an actual letter, preferably on seedpaper— sent by a pigeon.
