Join us at The YES! House on Thursday, April 23 from 6-7:15 PM for "Rest & Restore: A Sound Bath Journey for Nervous System Regulation Hosted by The Grove Wellness & Self-Care with Shana Roskens".
Shana will guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bathing experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stress, and support the body’s natural state of balance. During this session, participants will rest comfortably while being immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and therapeutic sound frequencies.
These gentle tones help guide the body into a meditative state where the mind can quiet, the breath can slow, and the nervous system can shift from stress response into rest and restoration.
Sound bathing is increasingly recognized as a powerful somatic practice that supports nervous system regulation, helping the body release tension and settle into deeper relaxation. This experience may help participants: • reduce stress and anxiety • quiet the mind • reconnect with the body • support nervous system balance • experience deep restorative relaxation. No prior meditation experience is necessary.
Yoga mats and blankets are available but participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering or cushion for comfort. Please wear comfortable clothing.
Simply come, lie back, and allow the sound to guide you into a peaceful state of rest.
Cost is $22 per person
