Learn From Your Neighbor: River Fishing w/Travis, Local River Rat

Join us for this month's Learn From Your Neighbor event with Travis, the local river rat! We will be meeting at the Memorial Park Main Shelter House on Saturday, June 14th at 2 PM!
This class will leave you with a basic understanding of how to successfully catch fish on the river. Tips, tricks, and topics covered will be aimed at the beginner fisher. No previous experience needed!
Ages 10 and up preferred. Those intending to fish during this event and are 16 years or older, must have a valid fishing license for the state of MN. All participants must bring their own fishing rod to this class.
Basic tackle and bait provided at a limited amount. You are encouraged to bring your own bait. Travis will be using a spinning style rod and reel for this event. Feel free to bring whatever rod you have available or are most comfortable with! Looking forward to a great day on the Minnesota River banks with Travis, the local river rat!
