We invite you to join us for Part II of Aquatilis: An Ecofestival! On Saturday, September 12 at 6:00 PM, we open our curtains to present a full reading of "Event Horizon," a play written by Taylor Sklenar of the EcoTheatre Lab!
About the play:
"An eerie prophecy, a choral retelling never written in silicon, of a time when a data center brought promise to a small Iowa town — and the members of the community that fought back."
Featuring a local cast — the characters include farmers, DNR, executives, and a helpful AI assistant. You'll also find local resources on the impact of data centers, action steps, and a Q&A discussion after.
