Buckets for the River Banks!

By my dads example I learned – when fishing – take a “trash” bucket in – take a “trash” bucket out. Littering the riverfront and other natural spaces was not acceptable. This is a message worth sharing. And as with anything lasting – it takes a village!
Join Nicole Zempel for a CCT “hang-out” Saturday, October 11th – 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Let’s Talk Trash and work on creative solutions together to help keep our riverfronts free of fishing refuse and other litter.

BRING A BUCKET TO DECORATE ( PREFERABLY 5 gallon - MORE DETAILS WHEN YOU ARRIVE) – IF YOU DON’T HAVE ONE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU

ALSO ON DISPLAY will be some interesting finds during past clean-ups
We hope to decorate a large number of 5 gallon buckets with positive messages about keeping our riverfront clean and safe for wildlife and humans alike. These bright buckets will be placed strategically in heavily fished areas. People can take a bucket and keep and use!
